多边体制下中国贸易竞争力对经济增长的实证分析

随着中国加入世界贸易组织并成为多边贸易体制的成员,对外贸易对中国经济增长的影响越来越大,而贸易竞争力的强弱更是决定了这种影响的程度。在此背景下,采用阀值法,选取贸易量指数(TSI)、贸易依存度指数(TD I)、市场规模指数(MSI)以及产业结构指数(ISI)等四个分项指标构建贸易竞争力指数(TCI),对中国加入WTO前后17年的贸易竞争力进行测度,分析多边贸易体制下中国贸易竞争力对经济增长的影响,并提出进一步提升中国贸易竞争力的对策。

Empirical Analysis of China's Trade Competitiveness to Economic Growth under the Multilateral System

With the accession to the World Trade Organization,the economic growth of China is increasingly influenced by foreign trade,which in turn depends more and more on the extent of trading competitiveness.In this paper,the trading competitiveness index(TCI) is established through four sub-indexes including quantum of trading selection index(TSI),trading dependence index(TDI),market size index(MSI) and the industrial structure index(ISI) to measure the changes of China in the past 17 years.The influences of Chinese trade competitiveness to economic growth are analyzed specifically under the multilateral trading system,and future solutions to upgrade China's trade competitiveness are proposed.
