国际安全合作:一种安全哲学视角的解读

安全合作是构建和谐世界的基础和前提,而现代主义哲学中的二元对立、工具理性至上、极端个体主义是目前世界安全问题的主要哲学根源。后现代主义是对现代主义局限的克服与超越,后现代主义在人与自然、人与人和国家与国家之间关系上的思想主张与"天人合一"、"仁者爱人"、"和而不同"等中国优秀传统文化是相通的,是我们化解传统安全困境、进行非传统安全合作的思想基础,对构建和谐世界具有重要意义。

International Security Cooperation:A Philosophical Interpretation

Security cooperation is the foundation and premise of harmonious world building.However,dichotomy,instrumental rationalism and radical individualism in modernism philosophy are obstruction to security cooperation.Postmodernism has overcome the limits of modernism and its propositions on the relations between human and nature,people and people as well as state and state are similar to the notions of Chinese traditional culture,such as the notions of "the harmony of man with nature","love people the benevolent" and "harmony but not identical",so postmodernism is helpful in resolving the dilemma of security and conducive to harmonious world building.
