| 摘 要： | 在我国向社会主义市场经济体制的转化过程中，迫切要求改革现行的社会保障制度。本文在借鉴了世界经济发达国家成功经验的基础上，紧紧抓住最具中国特色的五个问题，对我国在社会主义市场经济条件下的社会保障制度建设提出了新的改革思路。
