主体诉求与政策保护——女性政治参与的困惑

新中国成立后,特别是改革开放以来,中国女性参政取得了巨大的进步。但是,由于历史的、文化的影响,中国女性依旧背负着来自男权社会的压力,性别比例政策在社会转型时期的政治体制改革中也受到了挑战,女性参政面临着诸多困惑,主要有:女性政治诉求与男性政治中心的博弈、形式平等与事实平等的鸿沟、法律政策认可与实际操作局限的反差。女性参政是一项系统工程,并不仅仅局限于在政治中加入女性的因素,还要打破男性垄断政治权力的传统格局,这需要全社会的共同支持和女性自身的不懈努力。

Existing Issues Facing Women in Politics

After the founding of New China and especially since the reform and opening up,Chinese women’s participation in politics has made great progress.However,due to historical and cultural influences,Chinese women are still burdened with pressure from a patriarchal society and women’s political participation still faces a number of issues,such as: male-centered politics,the gap between formal equality and de facto equality,legal recognition and practical limitations.In view of this,an important factor in enhancing women’s participation in politics is breaking the traditional male monopoly over the field.This will need the support of the whole of society,as well as unrelenting efforts on the part of women.
