| 摘 要： | 少数民族地区高校要富有实效地响应教育部高校教学名师工程建设,就必须结合自身实际,从理论上明确工程建设的民族性,并在战略构思和实践模式、操作机制上加以认真落实,才能在全国高校教学名师评审中化劣势为优势,使民族地区高校教学名师工程建设富有生机和活力,具有可持续发展性,从而不断增强少数民族地区高校的核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | To effectively respond to the construction project of teaching celebrities in higher education sponsored by the Ministry of Education,the colleges and universities in the ethnic regions must,according to their own realities,make clear the ethnic characteristics of the project construction in theories,and implement it in strategic ideas,practical patterns and operative system.Thus,those colleges and universities can change their disadvantageous position into superior one in the evaluation of the teaching celebrities,so that this project will become lively and vigorous as well as sustainable in the colleges and universities of the ethnic regions to increasingly enhance their central competition force. |
