| 摘 要： | 武陵山区农村民族社区发展面临人居环境恶劣、农业生产力水平低下、产业结构单一、公共服务水平不高、城镇化水平低、管理体制模糊等问题。因此，推动典型社区构建工程，划分社区带，实施“宜居搬迁工程”战略，调整产业结构，实现土地规模经营，增进区域协同发展，建立健全农村社会保障体系，对于促进武陵山区农村社会发展意义重大。
