On Risk and Control of Library Business Outsourcing

Outsourcing is the alternative library management,but it could have a negative effect and lead to risks,for example,the potential costs,losing learning opportunities and training opportunities of the core business ability,promoting the formation of the new competitors.The following measures to cope with the risks are the innovation of the core business ability,establishing the standardized mechanism outside the profession,selective determination of outsourcing content,the contract drafting and effective control of business outsourcing risks.
