我国生产力跨越式发展的理论思考

由于生产力和生产关系矛盾运动的民族性和世界性导致我国在特定的历史境遇下通过政治革命实现了生产关系的跨越,但生产关系的变革对社会发展所起的作用是有限的。生产关系的跨越为我国落后的小生产敲响了警钟,因为社会主义不可能长久地建立在落后的小生产的基础上,社会主义的优越性要靠生产力比资本主义发展的更快一些、更高一些体现出来,即生产力的跨越式发展。前苏联发展的实践证明,能否实现生产力比资本主义发展的更快一些、更高一些,能否实现生产力的跨越式的发展,直接关系到社会主义的前途和命运。同时,在经济全球化这一时代背景下,日本后来居上的经验表明,后进国家只要抓住机遇,利用后发优势,找准突破口,生产力的跨越式的发展也是可能的。同时要使得可能成为现实,我们必须要从产业结构的优化和升级、技术创新和制度创新三方面着手。
