从特有的逻辑观和逻辑史观出发,汪奠基的中国逻辑史研究是颇具特色的:涉及了与中国古代逻辑发展相关的各种因素;也揭示了中国古代推理理论的特点,并对之进行了历史性分析。汪奠基的研究很大程度上是对20世纪初中国逻辑史比较研究方法进行反思的结果,但他的单纯历史分析方法、特殊的逻辑观和特殊的逻辑史观也引起了后来学者的反思,直接导致了20世纪70年代末到80年代末的中国逻辑史研究。

A Review of Prof. Wang Dianji's Study of the Chinese Logic History

According to his idea about logic and his idea about the history of logic,Wang Dianji's study of the history of Chinese logic was quite characteristic at that time.It involved all the factors related to the development of ancient Chinese logic,revealed the feature of the ancient Chinese theory about inference and gave it an analysis with the real condition.His study resulted to a great extent from his reflection of the method of comparison early in the 20th century between ancient Chinese logic with European and ancient Indian logic,but his simple method of analysis with the real condition which is necessary to logic,special idea about logic and the idea about the history of logic also gave rise to the reflection by the latter scholars and led to the study of the history of Chinese logic from the end of the 1970s to the end of the 1980s.
