| 摘 要： | 在当前“以人为本”的现代管理理念下，高校科研管理如何建立有效的科研激励机制，激发和调动科研人员的科研热情和积极性，提高科研管理绩效，是高校科研管理工作面临的重要课题。在高校科研管理中构建激励机制，可以调动教师从事科研的积极性和创造性，有利于高校科研的发展。
