| Abstract: | The process of the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economy is the change process of sports from physical education undertakings to sports industrialization.The realization of sports in dustrialization should be based on the marked and it is possible to realize the transformation of governmental functions and optimization with the government playing a leading role in the process. |
