非正式制度与家族企业的发展

摘    要:许多研究认为制约中国家族企业的关键因素是中国传统文化缺乏信任的影响。但本文的观点认为缺少遵守正式制度的传统习惯是制约家族企业发展的主要因素。制度变迁中的中国家族企业的发展充分利用了人际关系网络在资源配置中的特殊作用,扭曲了价格,产生了大量负面的影响。中国家族企业的发展壮大,取决于能否树立起新的遵守正式制度要求的行为规范。

Abstract:Many studies assert that the key factor to restrain Chinese family-run enterprises is the adverse influence of Chinese traditional culture for its lack of trust. However, this paper holds that the traditional habit not ready to obey the formal system should be the main factor to restrain the development of family-run enterprises. In the process of institutional reformation, the growth of Chinese family-run enterprises is out of their full use of special role of their wide connections in the allocation of resources, which has distorted the price and produced many adverse impacts. The development and growth of Chinese family-run enterprises will lie in the establishment of new behavior standard in meeting the requirements of formal system.
