| Abstract: | Starting from the provisions for chattels mortgage in China, this paper makes an analysis of such problems concerning chattels mortgage as forces antagonistic to chattels mortgage registration, targeted objects within its scope of validity, and the precedence to be claimed when chattels mortgage coexists with other guaranty rights. Also, the authors offer their persona1 opinions upon some other problems in the practice of chattels mortgage. |
