权力观的当代解读

马克思主义的权力观是在扬弃了传统权力观基础上的新型权力观,它是人类历史上迄今为止最科学、最公正合理的权力观。马克思主义的权力观本质上就是为人民服务的权力观,其核心内涵是掌权为公、执政为民,这是由马克思主义的历史向度和价值取向所决定的。领导干部只有牢固树立正确的权力观,才能诚心诚意为实现人民群众利益奋斗。

A New Perspective on Power

Marxist view on power distinguishes itself as the most scientific,fair and rational breakthrough in human history. Its essence is to regard serving people as the top priority of power --- to exercise power is quintessentially to serve the general public. This notion has in fact been called for by Marxist values and historical perspectives. The leadership should therefore be encouraged to build up a sound understanding of power. Only in this way can they hope to work wholeheartedly for the interests of the common people.
