相位型高斯变反射率镜非稳腔的模式

摘    要:用Fox -Li的方法对相位型高斯反射率镜非稳腔的模式进行了理论分析和数值计算 ,结果表明其模式优于常规光腔 ,光场的径向分布为高斯型 .但腔镜上光束的相位在径向存在着不均匀的扰动 ,扰动会使输出光束波前产生相位畸变 ,这对输出光束的光束质量有一定的影响

Abstract:In this paper the modes of unstable resonators with phase Gaussian variable reflectivity mirror have been studied and calculated with Fox-Li method. The results show that mode of unstable resonators with phase Gaussian variable reflectivity mirror is superior to that of conventional unstable resonator. Radial distribution of optical field is of Gaussian type. But there exists uneven disturbance of the beam phase in the mirror, which makes output beam produce phase aberrance. Thus it affects the beam quality of output beam.
