元代常平义仓研究

常平仓和义仓是元代主要的备荒仓储,曾对元代备灾救荒事业发挥过一定的积极作用,但就总体态势而言,元代常平义仓的实际成效并不显著,呈屡兴屡废之势。究其原因,是因为元朝吏治的败坏以及仓储本身管理制度方面存在着弊端。诸如常平义仓之类的传统社会保障制度的废弛,与元朝的灭亡有着不可分割的联系。

Research on the Changping and Yi Granary in the Yuan Dynasty

the Changping Granary and Yi Granary are the main Granaries preparing for natural disasters . They had exerted some positive effect in preparing for disasters. Therefore, as we reviewed them in general, we found that their practical effect wasn' t noticeable and became lax soon due to the bad administration of officials and the granary system' s own shortcomings. The traditional social security system's taxation such as these granaries was closely connected with the decline of the Yuan Dynasty.
