| Abstract: | Under the circumstances of international finance crisis,many small and medium enterprises' financing is more likely to get into trouble.It is therefore necessary for the government to further perfect the financing systems and solve financing difficulties in small and medium-sized enterprises by making full use of the functions of legislation security,the fostering and constructing of marketing and subject of the market as well as the guidance of public fiscal policie. |
