工商管理专业学生培养现状研究

随着我国社会主义市场经济体系的不断完善,现代企业制度的建立和管理现代化的实践,社会对工商管理毕业生的需求也随之加大。目前,全国已有500余所高校设立了工商管理专业。为更好的建设和完善我国工商管理专业学生培养方案,有必要考察国内外先进的学生培养模式,分析我国现阶段工商管理专业培养中存在的问题,并结合先进的教学实践经验提出改进建议。

Study on the Situation of Business Administration Management Training

As the developing of our socialist marketing system and the improvement of the modern enterprise’s system, the demand for the graduates of Business Administration Management has been increased. Nowadays, more than 500 colleges have been set up Business Administration Management. To building and improving this subject, it is necessary to examine domestic and foreign advanced training program, it is also need to analyze the problems that existing in the present stage of subject training, and making recommendations for how to improve the subject training.
