| 摘 要： | 通过对我国东西部两家市级工商银行的比较研究,发现两家银行在经营发展方面既存在一些共同特点,又存在明显差异,由此获得了以下启示:商业银行争取优秀的经营业绩,必须自觉适应市场经济发展的规律;商业银行要争取自己的新发展、创造新业绩,必须紧紧围绕本地经济建设的重点;在商业银行发展中,审时度势,科学决策是创造优秀业绩的重要前提;商业银行的竞争,实质上是人才的竞争,其发展必须以人为本,以强有力的人力资源作保障;商业银行的发展,需要先进的企业文化来营造和谐的氛围。

| Abstract: | Based on the comparison between two municipal industrial and commercial banks (ICB), the author finds out that there are some common features and distinguished differences. This article dabo rates the enlightenment gained from the research and puts forward some suggestions for the development of commercial banks. |
