| Abstract: | Technological innovation, as a novel development view, is of key importance to the sustainable economic development, the integrated development of economy and technology and the concerted development of the regional economy in the western regions. Ways must be found to push forward the west development by relying on technological innovation, which must be based on strengthening the innovations in systems and views and cultures. |
