论当前我国转变社会发展方式

在最近十来年里,随着经济的发展,我国对社会发展的重视程度和投入水平逐渐提高,但社会发展不仅仅需要有足够的投入水平,而还需要有适合国情的发展方式。我国过去社会发展缓慢,不仅仅是因为对社会发展的投入不够,而且还因为社会发展方式中存在着种种缺陷和不足。因此,我国未来的社会发展在提高投入的前提下,还需要转变社会发展的方式。与转变经济发展方式一样,我国转变社会发展方式也会是一个全面而深入的行动体系,它要求决策者、研究者和全社会从思想认识、制度建设、机制创新等各个方面都行动起来。为此,本文分析了我国转变社会发展方式的含义和意义;在对我国传统社会发展方式中存在的种种问题和缺陷进行分析的基础上,提出转变社会发展方式的总体要求,以及在社会发展的理念、体制、资源分配、运行机制等方面转变方式的具体建议。
