| Abstract: | Simon's bounded rationality has been approached by researchers in economics,management,administration and other disciplines.This paper examines the historical stages of bounded rationality in Simon's academic career,and then analyzes entire meaning of Simon's bounded rationality.The present paper draws a basic conclusion that satisfaction and adaptability are both indispensable important aspects in Simon's thought of bounded rationality. |
