| 摘 要： | 莎士比亚在其晚年的一部杰作<暴风雨>中塑造出许多个性鲜明、栩栩如生的人物形象.<暴风雨>以其皆大欢喜的结尾反衬出"野性而丑怪的奴隶"卡列班的悲剧.卡列班由海岛主人沦为奴仆,颇不甘心,用其所拥有的智慧,所能利用的人来进行反抗,以期杀死奴役自己的所谓的"主人"普洛士丕罗,最终以失败告终.但卡列班鲜明的个性在作品中被刻画得活灵活现.

| Abstract: | Shakespeare vividly portrayed many persons who had particular characteristics in his masterpiece The Tempest. The masterpiece has a very good ending which sets off the tragedy of Caliban, a savage and deformed slave. Form the owner of the island to a servant, Caliban was not unwilling. He used his own cleverness and took advantage of the others to rebel, hoping to get rid of the so - called master, Prospero, who enslaved Caliban. Finally, he failed. However, Caliban's particular personality was depicted vividly. |
