| Abstract: | According to the practice of competitively selecting cadres of middle-level in Guangzhou City Polytechnic, this paper explains effects that competitively selecting cadres brings. It also puts forward that relationships of four aspects should be taken care with in the process of competitively selecting cadres of middle-level in higher vocational colleges since those colleges have their own unique features. |
