建设中国藉色社会主义，社会建设是“五位一体”总布局中的重要方面，而全面提高国民素质又是社会建设的根本。于是，自觉参与旨在提高国民素质的社区教育，自然成为高等院校不容推托的时代使命。高等职业院校应该凭借自身优势，充分发挥好对社区教育的推进作用．顺应社会主义社会建设之势，走出科学发展的创新之路。

Abiding the Construction of Society and Walk on the Road of Innovation

To build socialism with Chinese-characteristics, social construction is a very important aspect in the overall layout. 3Phe fundamental issue of social construction is to promote citizens＇ overall quality. Thus, community education, which aims at promoting citizens＇overall quality, has become a necessary mission of higher education. Higher vocational colleges should take advantages of themselves and help promoting community education, abiding the construction of society and creating a new road to the scientific development.
