| 摘 要： | 针对现有数控技术师资队伍中存在教学水平参差不齐现象,通过参加全国数控技能大赛这种方式,在理论知识、软件应用、实际操作技能等方面,提高数控技术师资队伍的教学水平。为高等学校工程训练中心师资队伍教学水平的提升,开辟了一条有效的途径。
