| 摘 要： | 地方政府是一个国家政治制度的重要组成部分.地方政府处在与民众的日常生活息息相关的地位,它在推动中国的市场化进程中发挥着越来越重要的作用.目前国内理论界对地方政府制度创新的研究发展迅速,并取得了一定成果,这些研究主要集中在地方政府制度创新的动因、作用和意义、悖论及其克服等方面,也存在着一些不足.
