提高地方高校教学质量的思考与实践

教学质量是学校办学的生命,要提高地方高校的教学质量,首先必须对大众化高等教育的教学质量有一个正确的认识,明确教学质量应该围绕其办学的实际职能进行评估;其次要采取全员参与教学质量管理、全过程的质量控制以及建立合适的教学质量评价体系和激励机制,采取全方位的质量监控与评估等一系列措施。此外,必须认真对我国的高等教育进行研究,深入进行教学改革,促进人才培养质量的提高。

Education quality is the life of a school. To improve the teaching quality of local colleges, a correct understanding of the education quality of the higher education in a popular style should be formed. All the faculty's taking part in the management of the teaching quality, controlling quality in the process of the implementation, establishing suitable education quality evaluating system and encouraging mechanism, and taking a series of measure of control and evaluating quality should be adopted. In addition, the higher education of our country should be researched, especially in educational reform, to improve the talent training quality.
