山西省有机食品开发政策体系构建

摘    要:关于山西省有机食品开发的政策体系属于中观层次的政府对策。指出了在山西省进行有机食品开发是培育接续产业的可行路径之一,有助于提升山西农产品的竞争力,具有重要的现实意义。在分析山西省有机食品开发政策体系所包括的主体、客体及运行环境等构成要素的基础上,就结构、组织、布局、技术等不同层面,给出了山西省有机食品开发政策体系的构建思路。

Abstract:The policy system on organic food development is one of middle level governmental countermeasures.Development of organic food in Shanxi province is a feasible way to incubate sustainable industries and helps to improve the competence of Shanxi agricultural products,and therefore is of practical importance.On the basis of analysis for such constitutional elements of policy system on organic food development as subject,object and running environment et al.,the paper put forward the constructional strategy on the related policy system in relation to structure,organization,layout and technologies et al.
