To Realize the Integration of English Language Teaching

In English language teaching(ELT),teachers have conducted their English class in a traditional way,divided English classes into four skills(listening,speaking,reading,writing) isolatedly,and made a division between productive and receptive skills. Thus, students are deficient in communicative competence. For these points, the article proposes the resolutions of integration of four skills to the problems. Teachers should integrate the four skills with communicative classroom activities. Through these activities students could acquire linguistic competence, not only language learning.
