试论我国私营经济发展中的若干问题与对策

Problems and Solutions in Private-owned Economy Development

Private-run economy plays an active important role in the development of our civil economy, but some problems are hindering its development, they are the problems of environment, competitiveness, and problem of standardizing their behaviors. The solutions lie in changing the government's function, strengthening their sense of service and creating better financing environment for these enterprises. Private-run enterprises should speed up the reformation of their regulations, improve their technical and management level to create new enterprises culture.
