摘    要:快速挂接装置是一种用以实现迅速简便地挂接和拆卸挂接设备的自动化机械装置,它有效降低了挂接和脱开的操作难度,提高了拖拉机与三点悬挂设备的挂接效率。文中首先分析了快速挂接器的基本要求,之后确定了挂接器整体结构和需要满足的主要结构参数,并对关键零件的强度进行了校核,最后,运用multisim9数字电路仿真软件对锁定装置的传感系统进行了定性分析和仿真。仿真结果显示,本文的快速挂接器完全满足预期的使用要求。

Tractor-Adjustable Three-point Hitch the door for implement quick-attaching couple

Abstract:The design of the quick articulated device is a automated mechanical device to quickly and easily achieve the articulation and demolition of the articulated equipment, and to reduce the articulated and undoeked operation difficulty from the tractor, raising the articulated efficiency that hoists three - point equipment. After analyses the basic requirements of rapid articulated device, the overall structure of articulated equipment and the main structure parameters are given. The intensity of the key parts is also tested. At last, by using the multisim9 digital simulation software, the paper conducts the qualitative analysis and simulation on the sensing part of the locking device, and verifies the simulation in line with the reality, completing the design work of the prototype.
