| 摘 要： | 由于现代大学与现代政府在价值追求、影响社会方式、内在管理机制方面的分野 ,凝聚起一种处于对垒和博弈状态的张力网。处于现代性语境中的大学如何有效地驾驭、处理这种张力网中的多重关系并恰当地作出战略选择 ,直接关系到它在现代社会中能否发挥以及在何种程度上发挥其轴心力量的作用与意义。

| Abstract: | Nowadays universities are gradually on the way to the center of the social life from the edge and become one of the chief "axis powers" which are dominate to the social development in contemporary society.However,because universities and government are very different about the value to seek,the means to affect and the inner management mechanism,a game of standing facing each other is coming about.How universities deal with the complicated confrontation and how properly make the strategic choices are directly related to that whether they can play their roles and what degree they do it. |
