| 摘 要： | 真理追求本身意味着对认识的存疑，从怀疑开始，引出了认识的权威性和合法性问题。如柏拉图式的哲学家把普遍必然性认识视为权威性的认识；另一些哲学家列把目标锁定在真理的客观性上。这种对真理客观性的追问与哲学史上为认识立法的认识主题相一致。那么反过来，我们从这一认识主题来透析真理的客观性，则尤其有意义。

| Abstract: | Truth-seeking suggests in itself unsettled points in one's cognition. Beginning from skepticism, the issue of authority and legality emerges. Platonic philosophers take universal cognition of inevitability as authoritative cognition; other philosophers aim solely at the objectivity of truths. Such enquiries into the objectivity of truths are in accordance with the cognition theme of legislating for cognition in philosophy history. Conversely then, to dialyse the objectivity with this cognition theme will be especially significant. |
