| 摘 要： | 农村基层群众自治即村民自治既是建设社会主义新农村建设的重要内容之一，又是中国特色社会主义政治制度的重要方面。当前我国农村基层群众民主自治过程中既有重大成效，又暴露出不少问题，有的还较为突出。完善村民委会组织法是加强农村基层群众民主自治的关键。

| Abstract: | Grassroots or village autonomy is both an important part of the construction of socialist new countryside and a constitutive element of socialist political system with Chinese characteristics.Presently,the progress of democracy and autonomy in the rural areas has made great strides,though many problems still exist,some of which are serious.The present paper proposes that the improvement of organization law for village committee is the key to strengthening grassroots democracy and autonomy in rural areas. |
