雇佣保障与员工绩效的关系研究

摘    要:本文主要研究我国生产制造型企业雇佣保障与员工绩效之间的关系。本研究发现雇佣保障在总体上对员工的任务绩效与情境绩效都具有积极的影响,但雇佣无保障对员工任务绩效与情境绩效的工作奉献维度也具有正向作用,对情境绩效之人际促进维度的正向作用则不明显。即雇佣保障与员工的任务绩效和工作奉献之间呈显著的U型曲线关系;而与人际促进之间更可能是线性关系。
