| 摘 要： | 近年来职业教育取得了恢复性发展,面临着不可错失的发展机遇。为此,有必要加强以服务为宗旨的管理体制建设,加快推进以就业为导向的管理创新。前者需要强化服务意识,建立服务机制,进行服务评估;后者要求转变办学思想,转变办学模式,转变办学机制。

| Abstract: | The vocational education gets the revival progress and faces the nice developing chance in recent years. So it's necessary for us to strengthen the construction of the management system that takes the service as the aim, which needs to be built the service sense, constructed the service system and had the evaluation on service. It's also necessary to advance the innovation of management that takes the employment as the orientation, which need to be changed the thought of running schools, changed the pattern of running schools and changed the system of running schools. |
