| 摘 要： | 主要对价值创造与价值分配的关系这一学术界的热点问题进行了诠释,并指出其重大的现实意义.价值创造与价值分配是既有区别又有联系的两个问题.认识两者的区别和其在一定历史条件下的分离是理解中国现阶段实行按劳分配和按生产要素分配相结合的关键所在;而理解两者的联系和逻辑的统一是坚持社会主义方向和发展马克思的劳动价值论的关键.

| Abstract: | The heated issue in Chinese Academia on the relationship between value creation and distribution has been annotated and its significance been pointed out. These two factors not only differ from but also are related with each other. Understanding their differences and separations under certain historical conditions is the crux to comprehend the executive system of combining the distribution according to work with production factor in China. While, understanding their relationship and logical unity is the key to adhere to socialist system and develop Marx's labor theory of value. |
