西方社会冲突理论：当前我国农民工与市民利益冲突研究的一个视角

近年来,随着农民工大量涌入城市,农民工与市民的利益冲突越来越成为人们关注的焦点。西方关于社会冲突的研究经过百余年的发展,已经比较成熟,而且早在上世纪70年代就已成为社会学中占据统治地位的理论之一。本文借鉴西方社会冲突理论,对农民工与市民利益冲突产生的原因和导致冲突持续、升级的因素进行剖析,并提出一些相应的对策。

The Theory of Social Conflict in the West: an Angle of View about the Study on the Profit Conflict between Peasant-workers and Townspeople

With a mass of peasant-workers' swarming into the city, more and more people begin to pay attention to the profit conflict between peasant-workers and townspeople. After a development of one hundred year, the theory about social conflict in the west has become more mature and had a regnant position in the sociology in the 1970's. With the help of this theory, the paper analyzes the reasons of the conflict and the factors leading to the lasting and escalating of the conflict, and puts forward some countermeasures.
