| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化和我国成功加入世贸组织的背景下,绿色壁垒已成为出口贸易的一个主要障碍。应贯彻科学发展观,从可持续发展战略出发,积极采取措施应对;在增强政府监督管理职能的同时提高企业自身的素质,既要保护生态环境和人民健康安全,又要大力推动我国对外贸易发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of economic globalization and China's entering WTO successfully, Green Barrier has become one of the major barriers of export. We must understand Green Barrier fully and carry out scientific viewpoint of development. We should persist in sustainable development strategy and take positive measures to cope with Green Barrier. We should enhance the ability of the government and improve the quality of the enterprises. We can not only protect environment and human's health but also promote the development of international trade. |
