| 摘 要： | 民主与和谐是辩证统一的,民主是和谐的基础,和谐推进民主建设.在我国当前的社会政治生活中,由于民主监督机制的不健全,政府行政中主仆颠倒现象的存在,收入差距和贫富悬殊的扩大化,"三农"问题与就业问题的凸现等的大量存在,出现了诸多的社会不和谐因素.为此,我们必须充分调动人的主动性、积极性、创造性,通过建立健全社会主义民主体制,如民主政治的制度化、规范化和程序化,对党对行政权力的监督体系,政府依法行政体系和社会权力体系,从而真正构建社会主义的和谐社会.

| Abstract: | Democracy and harmony are of dialectical unity,in which democracy is the basis of harmony,and harmony gives impetus to democracy.The essence of socialist democracy is the masses as the master of theirs own affairs.The socialist democracy can fully arouse people's initiatives,activeness,creativeness and eliminate all unharmonious factors that exist in the society.Therefore,only through the function of socialist democracy can the socialist harmonious society be really established. |
