| Abstract: | This paper makes an objective review of and rational reflections on the practice of enforcing the administrative regulations in market supervision and control since this century, dissects the subjective and objective problems existing in enforcing the administrative regulations in the present market supervision and control, and proposes measures to strengthen the enforcement of the administrative regulations in supervising and controlling the market. |
