| 摘 要： | 从城乡分离到城乡融合,再到城乡一体是必然趋势.用统筹理念推进城乡一体化发展就是把工业和农业、城市和农村作为一个整体统一谋划,统筹城乡空间布局,推进城乡规划一体化;统筹资源配置,推进城乡产业发展一体化;统筹城镇化发展,推进城乡建设一体化;统筹公共服务,推进城乡文明一体化.在发展实践中,必须发展壮大县域经济、以改革创新为动力、坚持正确的工作导向.
