| 摘 要： | 全面推进素质教育是高等教育工作的战略重点.文章在论述什么是"素质"和"素质教育"的基础上,分析了当前大学生素质教育的现状和原因,论述了高校素质教育存在的主要问题及现代社会对大学生的素质要求,提出了深化教育改革、全面推进素质教育的对策和建议.

| Abstract: | Strengthening quality education is the strategic emphasis in higher education. Having discussed qualities and the quality education, this paper analyzes its cause and actualities. The author also points out the existing problems in such education of university students, as well as the requirements for qualities raised by the modern society. The countermeasures and suggestions are further propsed for deepening the educational reform and for propelling the quality education in university. |
