| 摘 要： | 我国石油行业在管制上还存在很多问题,要改革现行石油行业的管制办法,打破垄断,实行政企分离,为不同区域企业的直接竞争创造条件,已成为我国石油行业发展不可回避的问题。要解决好该问题,应在分析我国石油行业商业化运营的基础上,寻求我国石油行业放松管制的改革措施。

| Abstract: | In our country,the petroleum industry has big problems in the aspect of management.It has been an inevitable reality for our country to conduct reform on the current management measures of petroleum industry,to break monopoly,to separate the government and the enterprise,and to create direct competition environment for enterprises in different area.On analyzing the commercialized operation,the innovation measures for loosening management in our petroleum industryshould be put forward. |
