民族地区全面小康之路初探

本文从全面小康的角度重新审视了民族地区的社会经济发展状况,运用分工理论的现有成果,以分工的演进为主线,探讨了民族地区全面小康之路上最重要的问题——经济发展问题。本文认为,高昂的交易成本、落后的技术条件、匮乏的人力支持使得民族地区区域内的分工难以开展,区际间的分工也无法深入,从而造成了民族地区区域经济的封闭性和自给性,形成了该地区低级化的经济结构特征,这是民族地区经济发展缓慢的根源所在。所以,提高民族地区分工和专业化水平,促进分工经济的发展,就成为民族地区全面小康的唯一选择。

Paths to the Well-off Society in an All-round Way in Ethnic Areas

This paper makes an analysis of the social and economic development of ethnic areas by resorting to the theory of division of labor. It is pointed out in this paper that the high transaction cost and the backward technological condition along with lack of human resources make it very difficult to upgrade the level of division of labor in these areas. The division of labor cannot be expanded, which lead to the closed and self-sufficient economy and the low-grade economic structure. This is why the economy in these areas is making little progress.
