| 摘 要： | 伴随着亲社会行为的研究,合作行为的研究在近年来得到快速发展。研究发现影响合作行为的因素很多,但归纳起来无外乎三个方面:个体特征、群体特征、任务特征。虽然这方面的研究在不断地进步,但还存在许多不足,如研究缺乏系统性、研究内容不全面、研究结果不一致、研究工具陈旧、研究结果缺乏可操作性等。

| Abstract: | The study of cooperative behavior develops rapidly with the studies of pro-social behavior.Studies show that there are many factors that influence cooperative behavior.But it can be concluded that there are three factors: individual characteristics,group characteristics and task characteristics.More studies have been conducted but there still exist some limitations with the studies: unsystematic study,incomprehensive content,inconsistent findings,old-fashioned methodology,non-operational findings,etc. |
