| 摘 要： | 城市＂蚁族＂是对＂高校毕业生低收入聚居群体＂的典型概括。对该群体幸福感及影响因素调查分析,对于解决城市＂蚁族＂相关问题具有重要的参考价值。参照总体幸福感量表（GWB）,从城市＂蚁族＂的实际出发,编制《城市＂蚁族＂幸福感调查问卷》,以江苏省南京市为例,运用层次分析法对调查数据进行测评。结果显示,城市＂蚁族＂幸福感颇低,工作就业状况、物质生活水平、情感婚姻问题、居住条件与环境、社会尊重、发展前景等因素与城市＂蚁族＂幸福感呈现显著相关。

| Abstract: | ＂Ants＂ in cities is a typical summary of ＂group of graduates from universities with low-salary＂.An analysis is made on influential factors of happiness in ＂Ants＂ in cities,which provides much reference values to solve certain problems.Referring to General Well-Being Schedule（GWB） and the real conditions of ＂Ants＂ in Nanjing,a questionnaire of 《 Happiness of ＂Ants＂ in Nanjing》 is drawn up,and then an evaluation is made based on survey data in Nanjing.It is pointed out that ＂Ants＂ in Nanjing are not satisfying with their life status.Their happiness is highly correlates with employment,material quality,love and marriage,living conditions,living environment,social respect,future prospect,as so on. |
