当前,案例教学法在我国高校法学教学改革中被广泛运用,甚至被认为是法学教育的突破口.案例教学法虽然对于培养高素质的应用型法学人才确实颇有成效,但是在教学实践中还存在着许多问题,还有待于法学教师澄清认识,走出误区.

Rational Reflections on Case Teaching Method in Law Education

At present, the case teaching method is widely used in the reform of the law education of our institutions of higher learning, and even regarded as a breakthrough point in the law education. Though the case teaching method is indeed highly effective in training high-quality practical law personnel, there are still some problems existing in teaching practice which require that law teachers should clear up their vague understanding and free themselves from mistaken ideas.
