摘    要:当前,案例教学法在我国高校法学教学改革中被广泛运用,甚至被认为是法学教育的突破口.案例教学法虽然对于培养高素质的应用型法学人才确实颇有成效,但是在教学实践中还存在着许多问题,还有待于法学教师澄清认识,走出误区.

Abstract:At present, the case teaching method is widely used in the reform of the law education of our institutions of higher learning, and even regarded as a breakthrough point in the law education. Though the case teaching method is indeed highly effective in training high-quality practical law personnel, there are still some problems existing in teaching practice which require that law teachers should clear up their vague understanding and free themselves from mistaken ideas.
