| 摘 要： | 以理论与实践相结合的方法,对辽宁工大公共体育课试行以素质教育为导向的改革实践进行了分析和总结。其结论是体育学科在全面提高学生素质方面,有着其它学科无法替代的作用。它不仅仅能提高人的思想道德素质、身体素质和心理素质,同时也能净化人的灵魂,培养创造性能力。

| Abstract: | On the basis of methods of theory and practice the article,analyses and summarizes the education of all-around development on the public sport lessons in Liaoning Technical University.It is concluded that sports plays an irreplaceable role in promoting students' all-around quality.Sports can not only improve people's morality,body constitution and psychological disposition,but also purify people's souls and develop people's ability of creativity. |
